Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Andy Berthier Residential Lettings & Management ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or enquire about our services. We are the data controller for the information you provide.
Information we collect
When you complete a form on this site we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number and information about your property. We also collect limited technical data, such as anonymised analytics, only where you have consented through our cookie banner.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a rental valuation or our services.
- To send you the guide or updates you have requested.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a lettings and management business.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate (for example our website form and email providers, and Microsoft for Clarity analytics if you allow analytics cookies), and where required by law.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@andyberthier.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choices at any time using Manage cookies in the footer.
If you allow analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors use the site, for example clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays, so we can improve it. Clarity masks what you type into forms. It only runs after you switch Analytics on, and you can switch it off at any time using Manage cookies. Microsoft may process this data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.
